By using the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice, and agreed to at point of purchase.

All descriptions and prices of products and services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at our discretion.

3.Ordering and Payment

Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products or services ordered.

Payment:

A deposit of 50% must be made in full before the order is processed unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal and EFT payments. We do not accept cash payments. The remainder is to be paid in full upon collection.

Dresses will be ordered and delivered to the boutique for collection where the remaining due amount is to be paid.

Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian currency and include taxes and shipping fees.
4.Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers and providers. The estimate time to receive your order is subject to the services and products purchased and will be provided at point of sale.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. And we will not accept exchanges for change of mind, colour, or size.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect. Products with a material defect may be returned for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

We do not take responsibility for Force Majure events. These are events out of our control or not reasonably foreseeable, such as but limited to, forces of nature, major cyber incidents, conflict and warfare, and substantial changes in law.

An estimate of time to receive your order will be around 10 Weeks, provided there are no unforeseen circumstances, however you will be updated if there are any issues.
